Administrative Solutions (ASi) is a Third Party Administrator that specializes in unique administrative solutions that benefit you and your employees.  Since 2001, we have been locally owned and operated. In 2019, we merged with a Seattle based company, Navia Benefit Solutions. We bridge the gap between employer’s rising healthcare costs and the desire for employers to provide the best healthcare benefits possible to their employees.  Our customizable benefit plans are meant to give employers the largest financial savings without cutting back on the benefit options they provide to their employees.  We are not a “one size fits all” administrator and pride ourselves on learning about our client’s goals then designing unique benefit plans to fit those goals.

What is a Third Party Administrator (TPA)?

A third party administrator is a business that designs, implements, and administers employee benefit programs. They frequently are used to administer health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and various kinds of health plans.  TPAs also process claims, prepare plan documents and summaries of benefits, create and distribute plan ID cards, administer COBRA notifications, and handle customer service for plan members.
